ABS Kids wanted an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract more behavioral therapists to the organization. We spoke with 35+ employees, including LRBTs, BCBAs, Clinical Leadership, and Support staff, across 4 roundtables. Plus, 7 leadership interviews. The team also collected pulse surveys from 722 respondents, out of which 590 completed all required questions. 172 respondents answered the optional open-ended question. Based on what was heard about ABS Kids Culture and People, it was mentioned that the “Wow” moments – when a child makes a breakthrough – are a source of pride for everyone involved in the child’s care. These moments bring an overwhelming sense of joy, and seeing ABS Kids’ impact on the children they serve is a powerful motivator for the staff.
