I partnered with Alnylam, a biopharmaceutical leader pioneering RNAi therapeutics, to create brand guidelines that could inspire employees while reflecting the company’s scientific credibility. My work included developing and refining brand storytelling based on the existing employer value proposition (EVP) and creating an internal tone of voice. The final guidelines demonstrate both alignment with client vision and the strength of the initial creative direction.
