Chewy was looking for quick-turnaround social media banners for their recruitment efforts. Chewy has significant hiring goals for its warehouse positions in multiple locations throughout the US. Programmatic launched for a few months and was hitting a point of diminishing returns on job sites. As a result, we focused on launching several additional channels (search, social) to increase awareness within these markets and drive additional candidates to apply for their jobs.
