Chewy, a leader in pet e-commerce, faced significant hiring goals for its warehouse positions across multiple U.S. locations and needed a fresh strategy to enhance its recruitment efforts. With the programmatic approach to job sites reaching diminishing returns, we developed a dynamic social media campaign with quick-turnaround banners to boost awareness and attract candidates. The campaign’s visually appealing banners and targeted messaging quickly conveyed job opportunities and emphasized Chewy’s commitment to employee growth and satisfaction. This multi-channel strategy focused on revitalizing Chewy’s recruitment efforts, driving more applicants, and reinforcing the brand as an employer of choice.
