SCH recently launched a strategic recruitment campaign targeting new hires during drive time through out-of-home (OOH) and bus advertisements. Serving Washington, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho, SCH is the largest children’s hospital in the country, delivering superior patient care and advancing new discoveries through pediatric research. The goal was to create a recruitment campaign that would resonate with potential hires by highlighting SCH’s dedication to superior patient care and groundbreaking research. By strategically placing ads during peak drive times, the campaign aimed to capture the attention of healthcare professionals and emphasize the rewarding career opportunities available at SCH, reinforcing the hospital’s brand as a leader in pediatric healthcare.

Landing pages

Creation of three custom landing pages announced the opening of SCH’s new Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic. One home page directed candidates to a custom mobile-responsive lead-generating landing page for clinical roles and another to administrative/dental roles. Each landing page would have consistent messaging and branding elements, yet will also reflect the audience each role is targeting (such as photos and information on roles).
