Zillow was looking to establish its brand of recruitment marketing - fast - to meet its hiring deadlines for 2002-23. To find the Zillow voice, we let its name recognition do the talking. Revitalizing existing imagery and thoughtfully crafting the tone of our messaging, we positioned Zillow as a fun space to find your next meaningful workplace. Our first project was redesigning a one-page flyer to attract Zillow’s college graduates. Project success led to building a 4-fold brochure, again targeting its early talent reach. With an “Unfold Your Future” theme, the double-sided design opens the Zillow world to potential candidates. Pulling elements from Zillow illustrations and photography, we added more vibrancy to the serious business of recruiting. The work proved an inventive approach to entry-level hiring.
